How can we help?
Write to support@irisma.app. We usually answer within a day.
A problem with a purchase
In the app, tap Problem with a purchase? on the paywall or the portrait screen. It opens an email with your app account ID filled in, so we can find your purchase without an account or your Apple ID.
If a portrait can't be made, your purchase isn't lost: the app keeps it so you can try again with a new photo, at no cost.
Refunds
Purchases are made through the App Store, so refunds are handled by Apple. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com, or write to us first and we'll help.
Getting a good close-up
- Soft daylight from a window works best. Avoid lamps and bright reflections right in front of your eye.
- Hold the phone about 2 cm from your eye. On iPhones with a macro camera, the app switches to it and takes the photo when it's sharp.
- Open your eye wide so the whole iris shows; a finger lifting the upper lid helps.
- If the app says your iris is too small or blurry, move a little closer or steadier and try again. Photos that need a retake don't use a free reading.
